New Free Seated exercise classes starting on Wednesday 18th July at hotel 52. This class will run initially for six weeks and everyone is welcome. Just wear loose, comfortable clothing. Free refreshments will be available.
These gentle sitting exercises will:
- help improve your mobility
- gentle and easy to follow
- build up slowly
- aim to gradually increase the repetitions of each exercise over time
A person-centred approach depending on who attends the group and how you feel. The emphasis is on fun and sociable activity. The course is run by Gillian, a fully qualified Jabadao and Chair based exercise practitioner with many years of experience.
